Ingredients: cornflower, wild caraway, raspberry, blackcurrant leaves, crushed cinnamon, ginkgo, nettle, blackberry, walnut, hawthorn leaves, St. John's wort, verbena, lemongrass, mint, sunflower, pansy, yarrow, chamomile flowers, safflower.

Method of use

1-2 tbsp. of the mixture brew 200 ml. of hot water twice, the first time with water that has stood for 4-5 minutes after boiling, the second time immediately after boiling. Each time, keep it for 3-7 minutes, then strain and infuse until it cools. Drink warm, fresh tea in small sips 3-4 times a day.
